We finally have scans of Mélanie’s feature in the January 2011 issue of Marie Claire Russia, the cover of which was previously posted. Take a look! If any Russian readers are able to provide a summary of the article/interview it would be appreciated, as I don’t speak a word of Russian myself. Scans of Glamour will come later as well!

Thanks again for Virginie for donating scans! Mélanie has a spread in magazine Paris Match, photographed by friend and director of her old film “Le Dernier jour.” The pictures are really cute! The interview touches on many of the same subjects she’s spoken of recently, but she also talks a bit about her family and reveals that she plans on taking 7 months to go on tour for her album in 2011.

First of all, thank you to a couple of you for the heads-up that Mélanie is on the list of expected guests at TIFF — very good news! She also has her first bit of English press in a while in the September issue of InStyle magazine. The article is very short, but the photos are both brand new and lovely. Hello, all! Thanks to Marine, we now have proper scans of two gorgeous spreads of Mélanie from recent months. The first is her feature in Madame Figaro in February, and the second is her feature in March’s Elle France. The pictures are lovely, but the interviews are also good reads, so be sure to check them out! As a sidenote, I apologize for the addition of tags to scans, but people reposting scans made for this site and claiming them as their own has been an ongoing problem. I know it isn’t fair to everyone else, but hopefully they’re unobtrusive enough.

Also, the Nuit des Molières theater awards were held tonight, and unfortunately Mélanie did NOT win for her role in “Promenade de Santé.” However, she did attend the ceremony, so I’m hoping we’ll have pictures for you tomorrow! Keep checking back.
