There’s a nice little feature on Le Figaro’s website about Mélanie which summarizes her career from her discovery up until the present day and then her future projects. No breaking news, but she does talk briefly about her character in La Rafle. I’m rusty with translating and not fluent in the first place but I am hoping in the future after I brush up we’ll be able to bring you (amateur) translations of some of her French press for readers who don’t speak the language. It’s better than nothing, right?

Also, I happened to stumble upon a newly-posted teaser trailer for her next post-Basterds film, Le Concert! It’s only 30 seconds long, but Mélanie-centric, and we finally learn the name of her character: Anne-Marie Jacquet.
